I offer a blend of Stott and classical Pilates with added strength training. This combination gives you a strong and flexible body. The exercises are adapted to the individual and adjusted according to level.

Nutrition

Nutrition is crucial for your success, whether it’s muscle building, fat loss, or sports performance. No calorie counting or extreme restrictions, just healthy food with room to live.

Group Training – Functional Strength & Mobility with Z Health

This training focuses on promoting mobility, building strength, and improving movement in all joints. It includes Z Health exercises, mobility drills, strength complexes, core training, and balance work. You will be guided in functional training using bodyweight and dumbbells, with a strong focus on making you stronger for everyday life.

Classes are small, allowing time for individual attention and proper instruction, ensuring you get the full benefit. With this class, you will gain better body awareness, a stronger core, improved posture, greater mobility, stronger muscles, better balance, reduced pain, and increased endurance and flexibility.

Group Training Outdoor at Jarlens Grund – Spring and Late Summer

Outdoor training at the beautiful Jarlens Grund in Espergærde.

The training improves balance, mobility, strength, endurance, mood, and overall fitness. We train without running, using bodyweight, nature’s possibilities, and equipment such as battleropes, TRX, kettlebells, balls, sandbags, and dumbbells.

Classes are small with room for individual attention. If you have injuries, weaknesses, or are out of shape, this will also be taken into account. There are no sessions on public holidays, and if it rains heavily, we do a power walk instead.

No calorie counting or strict restrictions, just healthy food with room to live.

Reformer Pilates:
Focus on core, strength, balance, and mobility

I have practiced Stott Pilates since 2010 and now offer classical Pilates infused with strength training. The combination creates a strong and flexible body. Exercises are tailored to each individual and adjusted to level.

Nutrition is crucial for success in muscle building, fat loss, and sports performance. I do not believe in diets but in dietary adjustments as valuable support. No calorie counting or strict restrictions, just healthy food with room to live.

Your meal plan will be tailored to you, ensuring the right nutrition for your personal goals. I account for allergens and support you daily in making the right choices. I have created meal plans, shopping lists, and recipes to help you get proper nutrition.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Later cancellations will be charged as 1 session. Training clip cards are personal, non-transferable, and valid for 6 months. Unused sessions are non-refundable.
