“I have had 3 different personal trainers in the period 2009-2019. The training all the years was classic cycling, rowing, weights, squats without any real plan, so I didn’t really feel it led to anything and therefore changed trainer 2 times.

In the spring of 2019, I was unlucky enough to drop a 40 kg heavy granite table top on my big toe. In the coming 3½ years, I slowly got better at walking, but had major problems with a lot of pain in my feet and at the same time I could see that my weight and body age went up.

At the beginning of 2023, I was recommended Sascha and thought “let’s see what it can lead to”. It was the best thing I have done, because already from the first hour with Sascha, I was aware that she was what I needed.

We have trained mobility in the feet/big toe and the rest of the body – I can now get the body into positions I didn’t think possible – and after 3½ years with problems, I can after almost 6 months of training with Sascha, again go for longer walks, play golf, and carry my own body weight in div. plank exercises. It has really given super results!

Sascha is incredibly competent, very knowledgeable, makes very varied training and pushes me with a lovely combination of humor and hardness as well as with a warm smile. On the dietary side, I get good recommendations and she is constantly following up – “annoying” but good I can only give Sascha my warmest recommendations – She is just super skilled.”

“In 2022, I was involved in an accident at the harbor, where I ruptured my Achilles tendon. I had to go through surgery and a long period of illness. After the operation, I was “trapped” in my house for 10 weeks – first in plaster and later in “boot”. I had lost so much muscle mass that I did not have the necessary strength, balance or energy to leave my home. Normally I have been very active with a demanding management job, and in my spare time I have played golf, sailed, done fitness and long walks and runs

It was therefore a somewhat embarrassed client (I admit), whom Sascha met on her first hour as my personal trainer. It was quickly established that there was a need to rebuild me from “top to toe” with core training exercises, diet plans and special exercises in relation to the operated Achilles tendon.

In the course, Sascha has constantly worked professionally with the basic training exercises, just as she has been fantastic at creating joy in training, motivating and introducing new and exciting exercises. The course has been a huge success for me, and today, 6 months into the training course, I am back on the right track and can now do many of the things I loved before the accident.

I remember her advice daily and “I brush my teeth on 1 leg” to improve my balance, I no longer wallow in carbohydrates, and I do mobility training daily to create better body awareness, better mobility, less pain and better balance.
