I am a certified personal trainer, nutrition and lifestyle coach, back training instructor, Pilates instructor, and Z-Health practitioner, with more than 35 years of experience. With me as your trainer, you get a dedicated and highly educated coach who not only helps you build a stronger and more functional body but also provides insight into technically correct training, nutrition, and their combined effects.

PERSONAL TRAINER AND TRAINING PLAN
With me as your personal trainer, you get an experienced and educated coach dedicated to correct movement and nutrition. I thoroughly adapt to your unique needs to build strength from within at a pace suited to you. Correct technical execution of exercises is key for effective training. You will learn to move properly to maximize the outcome of your activity.

I work with clients with varied needs such as back issues, overweight, chronic injuries, women in menopause, golfers, and osteoporosis patients. I also provide rehabilitation after surgery and training for those with diastasis, pelvic floor problems, muscle building goals, running, cycling, and weight loss.

I practice Z-Health, a training system focused on nerves, senses, and the brain’s influence on movement, developed by Dr. Eric Cobb. This system is highly effective for reducing pain, improving mobility, flexibility, posture, sports performance, oxygen uptake, strength, and balance.

At our first session, I conduct a thorough screening to tailor your program. You will also receive video clips and a written training plan for home use.

PERSONAL TRAINING PLAN
With this service, you learn to train independently. You receive a tailored training plan with progression, in-person instruction, and exercise videos. Plans range from rehabilitation, home strength training, muscle building, postpartum, and weight loss to sport-specific training such as golf, tennis, cycling, or other activities.
